Motel Rooms

Mount View Motel in Hawera has 17 rooms, all located on the ground floor. We have 4 room types with a variety of arrangements.

Some studio units have a kitchenette while others have just basic kitchen equipment. Some of the apartments have multiple sleeping configurations accommodating up to 6 adults.

Our evening meals are all “homemade” and need to be pre-ordered, particularly for workers arriving back to the motel outside of normal business hours. Packed lunch options are also available for workers going to remote sites.

All of our rooms feature gas-powered hot water (the pressure in our showers is often commented on favourably) and heating, together with comfortable and warm beds.

We provide a valet laundry service to all rooms with pick-up, wash, fold and delivery included. We also provide a self-service guest laundry.
